When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be available in early Fall, 2026. We will notify all individuals interested in purchasing tickets both via email and on Instagram. Make sure you sign up for our mailing list so that you don't miss an update!
When and where will the event take place?
Join us from November 11th to 13th, 2027, in Philadelphia, PA at the Sonesta Rittenhouse Square. Specific convention venue details will be shared via our official channels closer to the event date.
How can I find out which authors are attending?
We will regularly update our Author Lineup page beginning in July, 2026, as well as on Instagram.
How much will tickets cost?
Right now, we are finalizing ticket prices and tiers as we work through logistics planning.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Due to some events including access to alcohol, Cass Con 2027 is a strictly 21+ event.
Is there an interest form for vendors?
Vendor interest forms will be coming later in 2026. Follow us on Instagram and make sure you sign up for our mailing list so that you don't miss an update!
I'm an author... how do I apply?
While we only have a small number of spaces available, authors can apply here. Please note, we are only considering sapphic romance authors at this time. All accepted authors will be notified by July 1st, 2026. If you submit your application after that time, we will automatically add you to the wait list if you'd like.
Is there an interest form for volunteers?
We are assessing our volunteer needs for the event. If/when volunteer applications do become available, make sure to follow us on Instagram and make sure you sign up for our mailing list so that you don't miss an update!
Cass Con Hotel Details
Our Convention Venue + Hotel
We are delighted to host Cass Con 2027 at the Sonesta Rittenhouse Square, located in Center City, Philadelphia.
Where to Stay
A curated room block with exclusive Cass Con rates ($189 USD per night + tax) will be available at our host hotel, and we encourage all guests to stay on-site if possible. More details on the room block coming soon, but we do expect it to sell out.
Travel & Accessibility
The Sonesta Rittenhouse Square is easily accessible via PHL International Airport and Amtrak's 30th Street Station. The venue is fully accessible, ensuring all attendees can enjoy the convention comfortably. The hotel will offer valet parking for those driving, at a discounted rate of ~$25 USD per day for Cass Con guests staying at the hotel.
