When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be available Monday, November 16th, 2026 @ 5PM ET (aligning with the release of our room block one year before the event). We will notify all individuals interested in purchasing tickets on Instagram.
When and where will the event take place?
Join us from November 11th to 13th, 2027, in Philadelphia, PA at the Sonesta Rittenhouse Square. Specific convention venue details will be shared via our official channels closer to the event date.
How can I find out which authors are attending?
You can check out our Attending Authors page for a full list of current Cass Con 2027 attending authors and narrators.
How much will tickets cost?
General Admission = $199 USD (+ no fees)
Premium Admission = $299 USD (+ no fees)
VIP Admission = $399 USD (+ no fees)
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Due to some events including access to alcohol, Cass Con 2027 is a strictly 21+ event.
Is there an interest form for vendors?
Due to spacing constraints, we we will unlikely be having vendors. If this changes, well update Instagram as well as make the vendor intereest form available on the website.
I'm an author... how do I apply?
Applications are currently closed as we focus on author announcements, but a waitlist may be opening in the future as spaces become available.
Is there an interest form for volunteers?
Thanks for your interest! At this time, we are not anticipating a need for additional volunteer staff. If you are interested in attending Cass Con, we recommend that you purchase a ticket when they become available, as we are anticipating selling out.
How will ADA needs be accomodated?
We will be working with an ADA coordinator to provide a comprehensive document regarding Cass Con 2027.
Additionally, we will have an ASL interpreter for the Friday panels, service animals are welcome, and the venue and hotel are fully ADA compliant.

Cass Con Hotel Details
Our Convention Venue + Hotel
We are delighted to host Cass Con 2027 at the Sonesta Rittenhouse Square, located in Center City, Philadelphia.
Where to Stay
A curated room block with exclusive Cass Con rates ($189 USD per night + tax) will be available at our host hotel, and we encourage all guests to stay on-site if possible. More details on the room block coming soon, but we do expect it to sell out.
Travel & Accessibility
The Sonesta Rittenhouse Square is easily accessible via PHL International Airport and Amtrak's 30th Street Station. The venue is fully accessible, ensuring all attendees can enjoy the convention comfortably. The hotel will offer valet parking for those driving, at a discounted rate of ~$25 USD per day for Cass Con guests staying at the hotel.
